2.概述Summary  

四头内环缝二氧化碳气体保护自动焊机是汽车车轮轮辐与轮辋合成焊接的专用设备。它具有节能、效率高、变形小、焊接强度高、四段焊缝一次成型等一系列优点。

The 4 torch combined welder machine is an inner ring carbon dioxide gas protection automatic welding machine, it can weld wheel disc and rim automatically. It has a series of advantages such as energy saving, high efficiency, small deformation, high welding strength.

4.技术特色

具有节能环保,效率高,焊接变形小,焊接强度高等优点,同时四个焊枪上下左右前后的距离均可调节,满足不同型号轮辋的焊接需求.

焊接电源采用KR350型二氧化碳气体保护半自动弧焊机。它可以实现双旋钮式简单一元化调节,方便了焊接规范的调整,焊枪开关受PLC机所编程序控制,以完成焊机的引弧,施焊及收弧等功能。

驱动部分采用了伺服电机驱动,定位准确,运行可靠,工作台转速可在一定范围内无级调节。

中心控制系统采用了日本OMRON,CPM2A可编程序控制器,使整个焊接过程按照编制的程序指令进行自动工作,方便可靠。


5. 设备结构 Equipment Structure

专机床身为框架式三层结构,底层内部装有工作升降装置,该装置为四导柱双气缸,并装有交流伺服电机,经一级减速驱动工件转动,转速无级可调。中层下部为四工位送料架,送料架由气缸驱动,送料架上置有工件定位卡爪,便于工件定位。中部悬挂着四套送丝机构,焊枪位置可做四维调节,即上下、左右、前后、角度可分别调节,使焊枪与工件的相对位置调节至最佳以获得高质量的焊缝。中部左侧装有推料装置,用于将焊完的工件推到输送带上。

The lathe bed of this equipment is frame-type three-decker structure. Inside bottom has working lifting device. The equipment is installed with four guide pillars, double air cylinders and AC servo motor, which drives workpiece to rotate through A deceleration (first stage reduction), the rotation speed can be adjusted stepless. There is four-position feeding device on the middle bottom part, which is driven by air cylinder. The feeding device is equipped with workpiece locating gripper to locate workpiece’s position.

On the middle hang four sets of wire feeding mechanism. The position of welding torch can be 4D adjusted, which means its angle can be adjusted to up/down, left/right, forward/backward respectively to make best relative position of the welding torch and the workpiece, which helps to obtain high quality welding seam. On middle left side is installed material pushing mechanism to push welded workpiece to transmission belt.

 

送丝机构的中间装有工件压紧装置,焊机负极通过30个100A的铜质碳刷与工件联接,正极接焊枪确保了导电性能良好,保证了焊接质量;中层上部为吸烟尘口,与吸尘装置联接可净化工作环境;上层为护栏式平台,四台焊机置于其上,有扶梯可攀登;整体结构严谨、美观。

There is workpiece press mechanism on the middle of wire feeding device. The negative electrode of welder connects with workpiece through 30pcs 100A copper-carbon brush, while the positive-electrode connects with welding torch, which guarantees excellent electrical conductivity and welding quality. There is smoke-dust mouth on the upper part of middle level, which connects with dust exhaust device to clean working environment. The upper level is a guardrail platform, where are four welders and can climb stairs to get. The overall structure is rigorous and good looking.

 

专机中部右侧置有电气操作盘,面板上有焊机遥控盒四个,每个遥控盒的上面都有一块电流旋钮和一块电压旋钮方便调节。设有一个“手动”“自动”和“转台转动”、“料架进/退”“转台上/下”“推料”四个手动按钮,使用方法将在后面说明。

There is an electrical operation panel on the right side of equipment’s middle part, where are four welder remote-control box. Every remote-control box has an electric current knob and voltage knob, which makes it convenient to adjust. There are 4pcs manual operation buttons--- “manual”, “auto”, “rotate rotary table”, “feeding device for/backward”, “rotary table up/down”, “push material”, whose operation will be introduced in the following text.

 

专机的电控柜内设有一个总断路器,负责专机电源的通断。每台焊机设有一个独立的空气开关进行保护,照明用变压器,控制变压器以及伺服电机驱动器、可编程控制器也置于电控柜内,电控柜右门上有一电压表显示电网电压。按钮站上装有一台10寸触摸屏,用于调整各种参数。

There is a main circuit breaker inside equipment’s electric control cabinet, which control the power on and off. Every welder has an individual air switch for protection. The lighting uses transformer. Control transformer and servo motor drive, PLC (programmable controller) are also in the electric control cabinet. There is a voltmeter on the right door of electric cabinet to show network voltage. On button station has a 10 inch touch screen, which is used to adjust all kinds of parameter.

6. 电气原理 Electrical Principle

自动焊机的电气系统,由三大部分组成。

The electrical system of automatically welder consists of three parts.

 

第一部分焊接系统(详见焊机使用说明)四台焊机同时工作,焊接规范应调节一致。第二部分为电机驱动电气系统。第三部分为中心控制系统,由可编程序控制器完成。

The first part is welding system (see the welder instructions), four welding mechanisms work at the same time, welding specifications should be adjusted without difference. The second part is the motor drive electrical system. The third part is the central control system, which is completed by PLC.

6.1焊接电源Welding Power Supply

焊接电源采用KR350型二氧化碳气体保护半自动弧焊机,它的操作使用方法,焊机说明书已做了详尽的叙述。它可以实现双旋钮式简单一元化调节,方便了焊接规范的调整,焊枪开关受PLC机所编程序控制,以完成焊机的引弧,施焊及收弧等功能。

The welding power supply adopts KR350 carbon dioxide gas protection semi-automatic arc welding machine, its operation method has been described detailed in welding instructions. It can realize the double knob type simple unified regulator, which makes it convenient to adjust welding. Welding torch switch is controlled by PLC program to realize arc striking, welding, arc ending and other functions.

6.2 伺服驱动 Servo Motor Drive

驱动部分采用了伺服电机驱动,定位准确,运行可靠,工作台转速可在一定范围内无级调节。

The driving part adopts the servo motor drive, which is accurate in positioning and reliable in operation. The rotation speed of the worktable can be adjusted continuously within a certain range.

6.3 中心控制系统Central Control System

中心控制系统采用了是施耐德M218可编程序控制器,使整个焊接过程按照编制的程序指令进行自动工作,方便可靠。

The central control system adopts the programmable controller of Schneider M218, which makes the whole welding process work automatically according to the programmed instructions, so it is convenient and reliable.

7. 连接与试车 Connection & Testing

7.1 电源输入的连接 Power Input Connection

输入电源为3相380V、50Hz

The input power is 3 phases, 380V, 50Hz

电源线截面≥35mm2

接地电缆截面≥16mm2(不接地不得使用)

Cross section of grounding cable≥16mm2(Ungrounded shall not be used)

7.2 焊接时间Welding Time

焊接时间一般为10~12S,焊接速度根据需要进行调整。

The welding time usually is 13-12s. The welding speed should be adjusted according with requirement.

8.触摸屏介绍 Touch Screen Introduction

8.1主界面 Main Interface

点击“主界面”按钮,进入上图画面,左边为设备侧面截图,数值显示框显示主轴的当前角度。右边为操作模式的显示状态,其中JOG模式为伺服旋转轴的手动操作模式。

Click “main interface” button to get into the interface like above picture. On the left side is equipment’s side view. The display box will show current angle of main spindle. On the right side is operation mode condition. JOG mode is the manual operation mode of servo rotation spindle.

8.2操作界面 Operation Interface

点击“操作界面”,进入上图画面,左侧为主机的各个控制按钮,包含送料前进,送料后退,工件上下,卸料上下,工件正转,工件反转,功能与操作面板按钮相同。右侧为四个焊机的选取按钮,按下后后面绿色圆圈变为红色,自动操作时送丝机就会随工件旋转自动送丝。

Click “operation interface” to get into the interface like above picture. On the left side is every control buttons of main machine, including feeding forward, feeding backward, workpiece up/down, unloading up/down, rotation forward, rotation reverse, whose function is as the same as operation panel button’s. On the right side is select button of four welding mechanisms, press it the green ring will become red. Under manual mode the wire feeding device will rotate with workpiece and feed wire automatically.

8.3参数界面 Parameter Interface

点击“参数界面”弹出上图画面,可以设置焊接的引弧时间,收弧时间,焊接角度,焊接速度等。

Click “parameter interface” to get into the interface as above picture, where can set arc strike time, welding angle, welding speed, etc.

8.4报警界面 Alarm Interface

当有报警信息显示时,“报警界面”显示为红色,点击进入,显示如上图,会看到相应的报警信息。

When the alarm information is displayed, the "alarm interface" is shown as red, click it to get into the interface as shown above, you will see the corresponding alarm information.

8.5语言切换 Change Language

点击“语言切换”,弹出上图画面,可以在中英文之间切换。

Click “change language” to get into the interface like above picture, where can choose language between Chinese and English.
